The Challenge
Before working with me, Lofty Solution was struggling to get the most out of their website. They weren’t showing up in Google searches for the services they offered, which meant potential customers simply weren’t finding them online. The site was also slow to load, which not only hurt their rankings but created a frustrating experience for visitors. On top of that, the content was light and didn’t give users — or search engines — enough detail about what made the business stand out.
All of this added up to missed opportunities. Even though Lofty Solution had a great reputation in their industry, their online presence didn’t reflect it. They knew their website needed more than a few tweaks — it needed a proper overhaul that would improve visibility, performance, and engagement. That’s where I stepped in.
The Solution
I started by rebuilding the site from the ground up with a focus on performance and visibility. First, I tackled the technical issues — improving page speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall usability. Then I optimised the site for SEO, making sure every page had clear, focused content that aligned with what potential customers were searching for. I also worked closely with Lofty Solution to create fresh, meaningful content that explained their services in a way that felt both professional and approachable. Each step was designed to help both search engines and real people understand the value the business brings.
The Impact on Lofty Solution
The difference was night and day. Lofty Solution quickly saw an increase in search visibility, with key pages climbing the Google rankings. The faster, more user-friendly site kept visitors engaged longer, and the improved content helped turn more of them into enquiries. I incorporated a custom quotation builder with online payments, date picker and email notification system. With a site they were finally proud to share, Lofty Solution went from being overlooked online to confidently attracting the kind of clients they’d been missing out on.
My SEO research for Lofty Solution identified keyword phrases their ideal customers were searching for. The two charts below show the position of Lofty Solution in Search Results, and click-through rate (CTR %) from organic search results on Google — measured using Chrome in Incognito mode — for each of those target phrases.
Once my SEO work was initially completed, the Lofty Solution website rose to number 1 in Google’s ranking for our most important Keyword Phrases. Ever since, and as of May 20th 2025, Lofty Solution has remained right at the top of organic search results.
